Since our beds are “made to order”, your brand new mattress will ship from the factory and arrive via UPS Ground within 7-10 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays.

Your mattress ships in a double corrugated Bio-degradable box that is 15”X15”X the width of the mattress you selected. So if you chose a Queen, it would be 63”.

When it arrives, simply open the box, carefully remove the plastic (be careful not to cut the mattress), and place the new mattress on your platform bed, existing foundation/box spring, or our foundation, if you purchased one.

The mattress expands to 90% of its shape in 1 hour. It will be completely ready to use in approximately 3-4 hrs. Actually, it’s fascinating to watch.

Don't be concerned...shipping the mattress compressed and rolled will not hurt it in any way!

Please note: Delivery in a cold weather will require up to 24 hrs for your mattress to return to its original shape.

If you ordered the EasyFit™ Foundation and a bed frame along with your mattress, you will need to do some minor assembly. It's very simple. It shouldn’t take more than 10 to 15 minutes and it does not require any tools. Simple instructions will be included.
