Manufacturer’s 20-Year Limited Memory Foam Mattress Warranty

The manufacturer warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship as described in this warranty (hereinafter referred to as the “Limited Warranty”).

CONDITIONS OF THE 20-YEAR WARRANTY

This 20-Year Limited Warranty starts on the date of purchase. If a manufacturing or material defect occurs during the first three years, the manufacturer will repair or replace (at their option) the defective mattress. If replacement is required, the manufacturer may substitute materials of equal or higher quality when the like components are not available. If defects such as splitting or cracking occur during normal usage and proper handling, during the remaining seventeen (17) years of this limited warranty we will, at their discretion, repair the mattress at a handling cost to you, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you. During the first year of the prorated (17) year period, the prorated replacement charge will be thirty three (33) percent of the replacement items purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by four (4) percent increments for each subsequent year of the prorated period.

The Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

1. The fabric mattress cover – if provided.
2. Slight body impressions (less than one-and-a-half inches).
3. Comfort preference.
4. Transportation charges for return and reshipping when necessary.
5. Abuse or unsanitary conditions.
6. When used on an inappropriate foundation or box spring.

Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this Limited Warranty when the mattress is found to be in unsanitary condition, or when product failure is due to causes other than defective material and/or workmanship.

In the case of memory foam products this warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the material or, in the case of memory foam products, a decrease in the slow recovery feature. These aspects do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam.

BODY CONTOURING

Your mattress has been constructed with the finest materials. It is designed to conform to a person’s individual contour. Your sleeping position may result in “body contouring”. This is normal and not a structural defect. SEVERE CONTOURS are impressions which exceed 1.5” (one-and-a-half inches) in depth below the normal level of the product. Severe contours are covered by this Limited Warranty.

USE, CARE AND WHAT YOU MAY EXPECT OF YOUR CRADLESOFT MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS

The Cradlesoft Memory Foam Mattress is sensitive to temperature and humidity. In rooms of 65 degrees Fahrenheit or less, or low humidity, the mattress will become somewhat firmer. However, it will readily warm and respond to your body temperature when you lie on it. Due to the temperature-sensitivity of the material, we do not recommend using an electric blanket or heating pad with the mattress. If your mattress has been subjected to temperature lower than 40 degrees, it is important that you let the mattress naturally conform to its new environment.

As with any new mattress, it may take a while to become accustomed to your new Cradlesoft Memory Foam Mattress. Most people are very comfortable using their new mattress on the first night. Others, however, may need several days to adjust to the unique Cradlesoft feeling.

Sleep on memory foam side only – this is a no-flip mattress.

Due to its unique manufacturing process, this mattress may retain a slight odor. All foam materials have this characteristic; think of the way a new car smells. Due to extremely high density of the Cradlesoft mattress, it may carry the factory odor for up to three weeks. This is normal and harmless.

1. The Cradlesoft Memory Foam Mattress Topper is sensitive to temperature and humidity. In rooms of 65 degrees Fahrenheit or less, or low humidity, the mattress will become somewhat firmer. However, it will readily warm and respond to your body temperature when you lie on it. Due to the temperature-sensitivity of the material, we do not recommend using an electric blanket or heating pad with the mattress. If your mattress topper has been subjected to temperature lower than 40 degrees, it is important that you let the mattress topper naturally conform to its new environment.

THE CRADLESOFT MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS TOPPER 3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

If replacement is required, the manufacturer may substitute materials of equal or higher quality when the like components are not available. If defects such as splitting or cracking occur during normal usage and proper handling, during the remaining two (2) years of this limited warranty they will, at their discretion, repair the topper at a handling cost to you, or replace the topper at a prorated charge to you. During the second year of the warranty period, the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the replacement items purchase price. The prorated charge will be seventy five (75) percent for year three.

The Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

1. The fabric Topper cover – if provided.
2. Slight body impressions (less than one-and-a-half inches).

Manufacturer’s Latex Mattress 20-Year Limited Warranty

Conditions of the 20-Year Limited Warranty

This 20-Year Limited Warranty starts on the date of purchase. The manufacturer guarantees that your Latex mattress will be repaired or replaced at their option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first three (3) years of the Limited Warranty, excluding specific limitations contained herein. This Limited Warranty also covers any deterioration of the materials that cause a visible indentation greater than 1 inch at the center of the mattress, not associated with sagging caused by a foundation, box spring, or other supportive base beneath the mattress itself. Because latex can be more easily torn or shredded from mishandling or abuse than synthetic or petroleum based foams, gross rips or tears caused by excessive folding, bending, and mishandling of the mattress are not covered under this Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty also covers sewing and construction of the exterior covering of the mattress itself, and guarantees full replacement value of the exterior covering for a period of one (1) year. Damage due to liquid spillage is not covered under this Limited Warranty.

If defects described above occur after the first three (3) year period, during the remaining seventeen (17) year period of the Limited Warranty, they will, at their discretion, repair or replace the mattress with shipping costs being the purchaser’s responsibility. Beginning at year four (4) of ownership, the prorated replacement value will be sixty-seven (67%) of the original purchase price, and will decrease three (3%) for each subsequent year of the prorated seventeen (17) year period. All latex mattresses are designed to work with a firm foundation or box spring and must not be used on a slatted base where gaps between slats are more than three (3) inches apart. This Limited Warranty is considered null and void if the mattress or covering has been physically abused, damaged, burned, cut, torn, or stained, mildew or mold damaged, or has any evidence of liquid spillage on the contents or covering, found upon inspection. This Limited Warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product, and is non-transferable. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, and the cost to return the mattress to the manufacturer is the sole liability of the purchaser.

Care and Use

Your Latex Mattress is highly resilient, and will not degrade or decay over time with proper care and use. Do not use outside in unsheltered environments. Do not use irons or electric blankets on or near this product. Electric blankets can be used on low settings if not placed directly on the latex surface. Variability in room temperature does not affect the feel or consistency of latex. The latex mattress you have purchased is a no-flip mattress, and never needs to be turned or rotated. The exterior covering shipped with your mattress can be machine washed and dried. Do not apply cleaning solutions directly to latex foam.
